Clean This Mess! lets you organize and prioritize your tasks, loosely following the GTD principles.
It is like a To-Do list, but with extra features like tagging. And the User Interface is as uber-clean as possible. You won't even notice it's there!
To use the application you need a Google account (like your GMail account, if you use it). You'll be able to create one, if you don't have one already.
This application won't steal your data or credentials. The code is even open-source! It is released under the Apache License, Version 2.0.
